Disney Drops FROZEN Short From “Coco” Screenings Starting This Week

Although “Coco” originally hit theaters nearly 2 weeks ago, Disney will make so changes to its screenings beginning this week.

Disney and Pixar have directed theatres running “Coco”, which has been massively popular, to remove the 22 minute short entitled “Olaf’s Frozen Adventure” from screenings starting December 8th, according to Mashable.com

We wrote a full review of “Olaf’s Frozen Adventure” and had a few good things to say about it. See that HERE. Ultimately, it seems like the general public has come to the same conclusion. The FROZEN themed short is simply too long to play before a feature film of a completely different theme.

After taking into account trailers for other movies, ads paid for by the theatre, and the FROZEN short some screenings of “Coco” weren’t starting till nearly 45 minutes after their advertised time.

Disney announced this change quietly after a lot of mixed reviews from those attending the movie.
